VOIT© . LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR VOIT DESIGN SYSTEMS By purchasing or downloading VOIT (including the free versions), you agree to be bound by this license agreement. Learn what you can and can’t do with the files you’ll get after the purchase. Thank you for visiting VOIT (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). The following license agreement applies to both VOIT (Figma UI kit) and VOIT Icons products available on our website.By purchasing or downloading VOIT or VOIT Icons (including the free versions) (“Item”) you are being granted a license to use this file for specific uses under certain conditions. This license grants the user an ongoing, non-exclusive, worldwide license to utilize the digital work (“Item”).You are licensed to use purchased Items to create unlimited End Products for yourself or for your clients.

In Short

You are allowed to use both the Freelance and Team versions of VOIT in unlimited projects for yourself and for your clients. This includes commercial projects (such as websites, products, and apps), client work, and personal projects. By purchasing or downloading VOIT or VOIT Icons, you are agreeing to the below licensing agreement.

An end-product

The End Product is a customized implementation of the Item. For example, the Item is a package of UI elements and the End Product is your unique finished website or app design.

You are allowed to

- Create an End Product for a client.
- Create an End Product for personal or commercial use.
- Combine the Item with other works and make a derivative work from it. The resulting works are subject to the terms of this license.
- Use an Item multiple times, in multiple projects (multi-use license).
- Publish the item in your team library or share the files within your organization for participants only if you’ve bought a team or enterprise license.

These licenses allow you to give up to 5 or 12 users access, respectively. For more than 12 users, get in touch via hello@voit.io to organize this.

You are not allowed to

- Sell, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise grant rights to the files or assets within the files (in original or modified form).
- Use any of the files or assets within the files in a UI kit, library, template, or framework (including for other software and platforms).
- Distribute or publish the files or assets within the files online.Upload the design system files to any public repositories or share them in any public forums.
- Place any of the Item design files into the End Product as-is.Redistribute the Item as stock, in a tool, template, or with source files. This includes using the Item to create a template or library for another platform or software (e.g., Shopify, Adobe XD, Framer, Webflow, HTML, CSS, React, WordPress, Tailwind).
- Redistribute or make available the Item as-is or with superficial modifications.
- Permit an end user of the End Product to extract the Item and use it separately from the End Product.
- Publish the Item in your team library or give edit permissions to other people if you bought the individual license.
- Share files or assets with other users who have not purchased a license.
- Create a Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or Framer version of VOIT and make it available for free or for sale.Create a React, Vue, HTML, Bootstrap, or Tailwind version of VOIT and make it available for free or for sale.
- Create a UI kit, theme, template, design system, or starter kit using components, designs, assets, or templates from VOIT (even if modified) and make it available for free or for sale.
- Create an “app builder” or “website builder” that uses components, designs, assets, or templates from VOIT (even if modified).

A “user” is defined as anyone using the VOIT files, either as a direct editor or as a user of a library of published components. You may share access to the Figma files or a published Figma library with your team members or other users only if you’ve bought a Solo, Freelance, or Team license.

Enforcement

The copyright of VOIT is owned by TOHME LLC. You are granted only the permissions described in this license; all other rights are reserved.

VOIT reserves the right to revoke licenses and access to files at our own discretion if we have reason to believe deception or unauthorized use outside the scope of this license has occurred.

TOHME LLC reserves the right to pursue legal remedies for any unauthorized use of VOIT outside the scope of this license, especially in the case where assets are used to create a competing product (e.g., library, UI kit, or templates) or distributed online.

By purchasing or downloading VOIT (including the free versions) (“Item”), you agree to be financially liable for $10,000 for each individual offense of this license agreement. In the case that your watermarked copy of VOIT is shared publicly online or on a piracy forum, you agree to be held financially liable for each individual download as a separate offense.

Limitation and liability

VOIT's liability to you for costs, damages, or other losses arising from your use of the VOIT — including third-party claims against you — is limited to a refund of your purchase. VOIT may not be held liable for any consequential damages related to your use of VOIT.

Return and refund policy

If there are any serious issues with the file, reach out and let us know via hello@voit.io within 30 days and we’ll issue a full refund. We ask that you please try out the preview version of VOIT before purchasing to make sure it’s right for you and fits your needs.

Please note we cannot issue a refund if you simply change your mind after purchasing, decide not to use the file, or are unfamiliar with Figma’s features.

If we issue a refund, you agree to delete all files within 24 hours and are not permitted to use VOIT or VOIT Icons in projects (including personal/non-commercial projects).

IMPORTANT: We reserve the right to refuse a refund, especially if you’ve previously purchased the product, requested a refund, and then re-purchased the product to access updates.
